Leveraging nearly 20 years of combined experience across clinical practice and corporate healthcare, I co-founded CincRN (Champion Industry Nurse Consultants). My goal? To help RNs navigate one of the most transformative shifts of their careers with confidence. My journey has taken me through diverse roles—from medical sales and clinical education to clinical implementation—across both pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
